The PC4 2026 Scientific Symposium offers the only dedicated opportunity for all primary care cancer researchers, clinicians and community representatives to come together to drive innovation and improvement in this field. Our theme Primary Care: Central to Comprehensive Cancer Care was chosen to highlight the pivotal role of general practice and allied health throughout every cancer journey. The Symposium will showcase the latest research in primary care and cancer across a range of sub-themes, including the incorporation of cutting-edge technology, optimising the integration and provision of care across primary and tertiary systems, improving psychological and physiological support, and emerging trends in cancer and cancer care.

ACCN Innovations Showcase 

Cancer Australia, in partnership with the South Australian Comprehensive Cancer Network (SACCaN), is pleased to convene the third Australian Comprehensive Cancer Network (ACCN) Innovations Showcase on 10 September 2026 in Adelaide, following the 2026 PC4 Scientific Symposium on 9 September 2026.

Centred on the theme Networked excellence in action, this year’s program will feature examples of integrated cancer care across the continuum with a specific focus around strengthening the role of primary care in co-ordinated, networked comprehensive cancer care.
