Conference Support Initiative

The Conference Support Initiative supports PC4 EMCR members to attend and present their PC4-supported cancer in primary care research at national conferences.

Please note:

• Applications close: 11:59pm, Thursday 28 May 2026 (AEST)

• We will require proof of relevant expenditure prior to disbursement of funds (up to $500 GST ex). Expenditure may occur before or after PC4 has notified the recipient of the outcome of their application but must be directly related to attending your nominated conference. We encourage you to submit your proof of expenditure once you have incurred $500 GST ex on eligible activities.

• Proof of expenditure must be provided by 2 weeks after the nominated conference or the applicant will forfeit their award.

• Payment of funds will be processed after the nominated conference has been held.

• Successful applicants will be asked to contribute to PC4 social media and/or provide a short statement regarding PC4’s support.
