Establishing patterns of primary health care usage at the end of life: using quality indicators in linked administrative data from primary care, hospital and registry data.
Overview: This project aims to examine the quality of end of life care (EOLC) and the impact of primary care services on this care. It will utilise a large linked administrative data set containing detailed retrospective primary care, hospital, emergency, cancer and death registry data, examining health service usage over the last six months of life.
