Implementation of a referral pathway for cancer survivors to access allied health services in the community

This new Australian study has reviewed the Good Life-Cancer Survivorship Program. The program was designed to help survivors manage their health and wellbeing in the community health setting. The researchers collected data about the program as well as interviewing patients and health care professionals involved. Overall, the program was well adopted and found to be acceptable, appropriate, and feasible. The researchers believe the Good Life-Cancer Survivorship Program could be rolled out in more community health settings and is successful in helping to support people with cancer.
