Abstract Submission

The Local Organising Committee invites you to submit an abstract for consideration as an oral or poster presentation at the PC4 2026 Scientific Symposium, to be held on Wednesday 9 September 2026 in Adelaide.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Local Organising Committee. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either oral or poster presentations. We ask you to indicate your presentation preference in your application. Full instructions to prepare and submit your abstract are provided in the guidelines.

Guidelines

Length: 300 word limit

Selection: Peer review process

  1. Please submit the abstract by attaching a Microsoft Word document (.docx or.doc).
  2. The abstract must be 300 words or less exclusive of title, author(s) names and institutional affiliation(s). Abbreviations may only be used if defined in the abstract. Abstracts over the word limit will not be accepted. References and images are not accepted in abstracts. All abstracts must be in English.
  3. You will be sent a confirmation email after submitting your abstract. If you do not receive this email, please contact the PC4 Office on info@pc4tg.com.au.
  4. Once the abstract submission has closed, each abstract will be reviewed by the Local Organising Committee and you will be notified of the outcome via email.

There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit.

Applications not accepted for an oral presentation may be offered a poster session. All presenters (oral or poster) must register to attend the Symposium.

Abstract submission deadline: 20th April 2026, 11.59pm AEDT

Abstract outcome notification: 6th June 2026, 11.59pm AEDT

Deadline for speaker registration: 17th July 2026, 11.59pm AEDT
