Open call for nominations: Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee (SC) is a core element of the PC4 organisational structure. The principal focus of the SC is to develop and monitor a portfolio of high-quality research for PC4, linked to our values and strategic goals. The portfolio of PC4 research should cover the role of primary care across the cancer continuum including prevention, screening and early detection, survivorship and palliative care. Additionally, members of the Scientific Committee help provide providing guidance and expert review for PC4 workshops and activities including the PC4 Scientific Symposium, Concept Development Workshops, Community Advisory Group Workshops, and Early Career Researcher Network Workshops. Please view the Scientific Committee Terms of Reference.

Only PC4 members are eligible for nomination to the SC.

It is anticipated members of the SC will participate in up to three teleconferences annually. Additional representation is expected at Concept Development Workshops and the PC4 Scientific Symposium. Members of the SC will join an Engine Room, these rooms meet electronically up to four times per year.

PC4 members will be notified by email.
