Quality in end-of-life care
Quality in end-of-life care: current realities and future goals
The aim of this qualitative study is to explore GP’s involvement and management of people at the end-of-life (EOL). This information is essential in guiding service planning and quality improvement activities, as well as for monitoring changes in care over time and in response to specific interventions. In particular, this project will also provide information about the potential for regular monitoring of EOL care in primary care.
