PC4 usually runs concept development and peer review workshops twice a year. Our most recent peer review workshop was held in January.

It reviewed three new projects:
  • A multicentre randomised controlled phase 2 trial comparing primary care vs. hospital-based follow up following surgical lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer.
  • The ENGAGE Trial: A Multi-centre Randomised Controlled Trial of a Nurse-led Survivorship Intervention for EmpoweriNG pAtients with HodGkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after trEatment.
  • The RoaDmaP Trial: A phase II randomised controlled trial to evaluate the impact of a Referral Decision Prompt in primary care on the timely and appropriate referral of people with potential lung cancer.

Still to come this year is our PC4 Scientific Symposium in May as well as a Concept Development workshop in June.
