PC4 Symposium Registration

Registration is open to everyone interested in primary care research in cancer care. The Symposium will highlight new initiatives and research across cancer prevention, early detection, survivorship and palliative care.

This symposium is relevant to people involved in, but not limited to:

  • Allied health
  • Community nursing
  • Community health organisations
  • Consumers
  • Exercise physiology
  • Health care administration
  • Primary care and general practice
  • Occupational therapy
  • Psycho-oncology
  • Public health

All persons intending to attend the Symposium must complete the registration form below. Please read the registration form before completing it.

Registration fees are:

  • Non-PC4 members: $100
  • PC4 members: $75
  • Student/Consumer: $50

To complete payment please submit the form below. You will be redirected to The University of Melbourne payment server. Only credit card transactions are able to be processed.
