• Abstract Submission

  • Abstract submissions for the PC4 Symposium are now open.

    The organising committee invites you to submit an abstract for consideration as an oral or poster presentation at the PC4 Symposium.

    All abstracts will be reviewed by the PC4 office. Accepted abstracts will be assigned to either oral or poster presentations so please ensure you indicate your presentation preference. Full instructions to prepare and submit your abstract are provided below.

  • Guidelines

    Length: 300 word limit
    Timing: 5 minutes oral presentation
    Selection: Peer review process

    1. Please submit the abstract by attaching a Microsoft Word document (.docx or.doc).
    2. The abstract must be 300 words or less exclusive of title, author(s) names and institutional affiliation(s). Abbreviations may only be used if defined in the abstract. Abstracts over the word limit will not be accepted. References and images are not accepted in abstracts.
    3. Once the abstract submission has closed each abstract will be reviewed by the PC4 office.
    4. You will be sent a response to confirm your submission. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the organisational committee – info@pc4tg.com.au.

    All accepted abstracts will be featured on the PC4 website and in the Symposium program.

    All applicants will be notified by email. Applications not accepted for an oral presentation may be offered a poster session. All presenters (oral or poster) must register to attend the Symposium.
    Limited travel assistance is available (for PC4 members only).

    CLOSING DATE FOR ABSTRACTS: 19th March 2018, 5pm EST
